RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
When returning canvases, it is important to ensure they are properly protected by encasing them in the original bubble wrap and cardboard box they were packaged in.
Additionally, if returning washi tape, it should be in its original shrink wrap packaging. The washi tape must then be placed in a bubble mailer, following the same packaging it was originally sent in. This careful packaging ensures that the items are protected during transit and arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped. Following these guidelines will help prevent any damage and ensure a smooth return process.
Ordered the wrong item or the Incorrect quantity
If you need to return an item, please contact us at help@grizzlykpopime.co.uk with your order number, along with the reason for returning the item and a picture of the product/products you would like to return. Our customer service team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Once the return is accepted and meets our standards for issuing a refund, we will process the refund promptly upon receiving the returned product and assessing its condition. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.

Item is damaged in post
For situations where the washi tape is damaged, please send us an email at help@grizzlykpopime.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the package and product bought. And if in cases where the damage is proven we will issue a refund in due course this can take up to 10 days to show up in your account depending which money of payment method you used. Item is lost while in delivery
In the situation where the items aren't received with 12 days after the original delivery date, please send us an email at help@grizzlykpopime.co.uk and we will investigate the issue in more detail to be able to issue a refund.
For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we do not offer refunds/replacement without proof of loss from the local post office.
